Garnier & Garnier, the developers of La Lima Zona Franca perceive responsibility as a corporate citizen and engage with neighboring communities developing a strong bond and aspiring to be a valued neighbor in each town or city where they operate. Our approach begins with a social diagnosis to understand the expectations of the community towards us, their projects, problems and main capacities. The results of this first approach become a strategic plan that is developed with the community.
